- Workplace Management
- Support for Facility Environment (security, cleaning, pest control, waste disposal, landscape, energy, water), building equipment and mechanical/electrical system maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors in day-to-day building maintenance and ensure it is operationally functional.
- Work in accordance with Company policies to meet company Security, Safety, and Sustainability compliance at the site, including control management of badge access and CCTV surveillance.
- Support regular reporting on primary activities and performance.
- Support other workplace or facilities activities as required.
- Workplace Safety and Health Management (WSH)
- Support safety topics, promote safety culture, and keep abreast of the local WSH and SCDF codes of practice, legislation, and trends.
- Support WSH activities.
- Support internal and external audits, including regulatory visits by local authorities.
- Support mandatory Fire Evacuation Drills under SCDF Fire Code and Standards.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering, or management field.
- At least 2–3 years of working experience, preferably in Facility Management.
- Ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural differences.
- Timely problem-solving, negotiating, and priority setting.
- High level of commitment to work ethics and compliance aspects.
- Assertive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders diplomatically.
- A strong team player.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
