Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by maintaining regular contact with customers, acting as the central point of sales communication.
- Develop sales plans (weekly, monthly, annual) and execute sales programs and schedules to align with customers' vehicle sales launches.
- Prepare sales presentations to introduce new products/solutions, based on market and vehicle trends in each country.
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts to track account revenue against targets, and prepare end-of-month sales reports.
- Submit quotations based on customer requests.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing solutions and countermeasure recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to organize sales and marketing workshops to promote new products throughout the vehicle model lifecycle.
- Contribute to the team's success by completing tasks as needed or assigned.
Requirements:
- Proactive, highly motivated, and skilled in social interactions, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about cars and accessories, this is a sales-driven role focused on providing comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Results-oriented with expertise in business negotiation, problem-solving, and sales & marketing.
- Able to think independently, offering creative solutions and adapting flexibly to various business situations.
- Independent, self-motivated, and skilled at multitasking to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel overseas as required.
