Responsibilities
- Assist the team in working with various departments to handle office administration matters such as warrant cards, security passes, fixed assets, user trainings, etc.
- Guided by the Office Management team, the contract staff may assist to review and streamline current workflow and conduct system user acceptance tests to enhance our system functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent
- Previous Administrative Experience of 1-3 years in the public sector is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
