Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Design:
- Responsible for the overall product planning of the crypto asset management platform, including the design and optimization of functional modules such as asset allocation, risk control, and revenue analysis.
- Design crypto asset management products, such as on-chain asset management products and traditional asset management products.
- Write product requirement documents (PRD) based on business needs and market feedback, and promote feature iterations and optimizations.
User Needs and Scenario Design:
- Deeply understand the needs of target users such as institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals, and design investment tools and asset management solutions that meet market demands.
- Optimize user experience to ensure the product is easy to operate, data is clearly displayed, and functions are intuitive and practical.
Project Management and Collaboration:
- Coordinate resources from technology, operations, design, and other departments to promote product development, launch, and subsequent maintenance.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-launch evaluation and improvement.
Market Research and Innovation:
- Track the latest trends in blockchain technology and the crypto asset management field, conduct in-depth research on competitors and industry dynamics, and formulate differentiated product strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, management, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in fintech, asset management platforms, quantitative trading, or blockchain products.
- Familiar with crypto asset management processes, including asset allocation, revenue tracking, and risk control.
- Familiar with various on-chain financial products.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to drive product decisions based on data.
- Familiar with blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the basic principles of smart contracts, with practical application experience preferred.
- Understanding of trading systems or asset management system architecture, with rich experience in collaborating with development teams.
- Keen market insight, able to respond quickly to changes.
- Knowledge of mainstream asset management tools or platforms (e.g., WhaleFin, Matrixport).
