Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Team as a Project Manager to oversee project progress while managing costs effectively.
- Supervise sub-contractors' work to ensure compliance with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
- Coordinate with authorities, sub-contractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
- Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure they meet design specifications and guidelines.
- Manage and execute projects within the stipulated deadlines.
- Attend meetings with contractors to address issues and provide progress updates.
- Review drawings and specifications for compliance with standards.
- Assign tasks to Engineers and Supervisors, ensuring work meets standards and SOPs.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Possess strong technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services, identifying discrepancies with Structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in leading a team and performing effectively under pressure.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position.
