Our Client is seeking for a Relationship Manager (Onshore/Offshore) to maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Clients Segment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Conduct professional financial analysis sessions to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Strengthen customer relationships by providing regular market updates and trend analyses on financial products.
- Collaborate with team managers to create monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Participate in marketing activities for customer acquisition, source and call on individual prospects.
- Provide efficient after-sales services and manage anti-attrition and client retention.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations for various groups and solicit referrals from other parts of the bank.
- Ensure compliance with money laundering prevention procedures and regulatory requirements.
ABOUT YOU:
- Understands the core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
- Experience in Relationship Management at least 3 years
- Proficiency in Business language as the incumbent will be supporting relevant market
