Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the childcare centre according to the school's policies and quality standards.
- Manage the teaching staff to develop and deliver the Montessori curriculum.
- Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents.
- Able to do Centre sales and focus on Enrolment.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean / Permanent Residents
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DPL & DPT).
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in preschool setting.
- Strong leadership, able to lead and manage a team positively.
- High sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on weekends.
