- Industry/ Organization Type: Consulting Firm (Construction)
- Position Title: Construction Project Administrator / Project Coordinator (Civil)
- Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri - 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
- Salary: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform project administrative coordination and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor project claims and invoices as directed.
- Maintain office files, correspondence, documentation, and inspection equipment
- Assist the Director/Senior Management with daily operations as assigned.
- Assist the Director/Senior Management with tendering and bidding for projects.
- Carry out technical tasks in the office and field as directed.

- Min. Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering or Building
- Training provided to the inexperienced candidate
- Experience in the Built Environment or Heritage Built environment will be an added point
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Willing to work rotationally in the office and project site
