Jobs description
· Establish good working relationships with key customers
· Support business reviews with customers
· Establish and maintain customer price updates & price file management
· Conduct regular reviews of customer margin to maintain profitability
· Process customer orders and ensure orders are progressed to support requirements
· Advise customer delivery dates on their Purchase Orders
· Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability
· Creation of works orders to be sent, liaising with warehouse for despatch/receipt.
· Liaising with warehouse to ensure orders are despatched on time to your customers.
· Support AR department when needed to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.
Requirement
· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
