The Opportunity
- Opportunity to support a renowned FMCG (Food Manufacturing) space, and supporting the APAC office based in Singapore
- Salary: Up to $3500 (Subjected to experience)
- 5 days work/ Office Hour
- Working Location: CBD
- 6 Months Contract

Job Scope
- Monitor payroll and compensation policies.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll activities with providers and HQ.
- Distribute employee communications.
- Implement new HR policies and practices (e.g., health insurance).
- Assist with regional labour cost budget preparation.
- Complete administrative paperwork for new hires, terminations, and benefits.
- Prepare and submit reports and government survey returns.
- Collect, maintain, and update employee data archives.
- Manage tracking and analysis of presence and leave.
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities and supplies.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Develop orientation documents for new hires, as needed.
- Manage basic training operations.
- Assist with transfers and international assignments (fiscal/legal/immigration).
- Process and maintain documentation for staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Assist HR Directors in managing local HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in human resources or business related
- Self-motivated, independent, fast learner and able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
