Our client, a leading global consulting firm partnering with a large private and retail banking institution, is seeking a KYC Operations Specialist for a 12-month project. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of KYC Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that admin tasks around customer files and customer accounts are being diligently completed.
The Role
· Monitor and track the closure of customer accounts, ensuring timely execution.
· Perform reviews around specific account types under the instruction of the bank.
· Check completeness of customer data and collect and input missing data where applicable.
Your Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar with up to 3 years of experience in KYC operational roles. We except application without prior experience if the education criteria is met.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Proficient in completing tasks accurately and within deadlines.
· Able to handle high workloads under pressure while maintaining quality.
· Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as needed.
