Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor work activities closely with site supervisors.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new employees
- Perform quality, service, and safety audits
- Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
- Act as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff
- Ensure equipment maintenance and consumables ordering/ tracking
- Manage employee personnel issues
- Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement
- Maintain detailed records of periodical work done on site
- Provide supervision in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites.
- Inspect areas, equipment and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Provide stand in support when there is an operational need.
- Any other additional duties assigned by the operation manager.
