Summary:
- Junior Architect: Basic up to $4500
- Senior Architect: Basic up to $8000
- Yearly performance bonus
- Location: Redhill
- 5 days work week @ 9.00 - 6.30pm
Junior :
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matter
- Works with the project team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept design, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings including basic drafting works
- Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
- Directing the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations
- Assist in coordination works, taking of minutes, co-ordinate the input / output of all involved parties to meet established objectives
- Other ad-hoc duties
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural studies with min 2 years industrial aechitectual working experiences
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Senior:
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
- Direct design development towards architectural intent.
- Fulfil client and authorities’ requirements.
- Able to plan and deliver work by datelines.
- Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural studies with minimum 5 years industrial architectural working experiences
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Prior experience in leading a team in local private / public projects
