As a Associate Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing and performing laboratory support for all clinical cases.
- Demonstrating of lab procedures to trainees or new staff.
- Receiving specimens and rejecting those that are not suitable.
- Maintaining the quality of the laboratory.
- Performing functions such as order entry, result entry, generating report from the studies as well as reporting to doctor to verify.
- Evaluating new lab test and participating in routine lab admin work
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Medical Science or Biotechnology
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in related work.
- Able to work independently
- Good laboratory and coordination skills
- Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts.
