- Opportunity to work within a leading retail & hospitality group in Asia. You will act as the first point of contact for internal clients relating to all claims and potential claims.
- Salary: up to $4k! (subjected to experience)
- Location: East

- 12 months contract (yearly renewable contract)
The Talent
- Diploma or degree in law
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent and demonstrated PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess initiative and ability to thrive in a team oriented environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, efficient and able to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous work experience as a paralegal/legal executive
The Job
- Efficiently managing all claims/incidents
- Reviewing documents and investigating all claims/incidents including assisting business units with their investigations;
- Advising business units on best course of action to manage claims/incidents and assisting with negotiating a suitable resolution to the matter;
- Managing timely reporting of incidents/claims/potential claims to organisation's insurers;
- Drafting and issuing the relevant correspondence to external parties on all claim-related matters;
- Establishing and regularly updating internal dashboard of claims and other contentious matters, both by and against third parties; and supporting the Legal & Compliance team on other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
