Responsibilities
- Collect data to facilitate learner profile and learning needs analyses
- Compile learner profile and learning needs analysis report
- Support reporting officer with the development of industry’s Technical and Generic Skills and Competencies (TSCs and GSCs) of the Skills Frameworks
- Support reporting officer with the development of industry’s learning programmes and channels with reference to TSCs and GSCs
- Support reporting officer with the engagement of stakeholders to understand desired learning outcomes, skills frameworks, and business objectives
- Create learning roadmaps with reference to Career Maps and Skills Maps of the Skills Framework
- Assist with adhoc training logistical requirements (e.g. setting up and tearing down of training venues and coordinating refreshments, tech support, etc)
- Collating of post-training feedback from participants and include into master database
- Administering of assessments during trainings
Requirements
- Degree
- 6 months of training support/ executive and admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
