about the job
- Identify and target affluent individuals through networking, referrals and market research.
- Build long term relationships with affluent individuals to understand their financial goals and provide bespoke banking solutions.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the bank to customized solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings and emerging opportunities to continuously refine acquisition strategies.
- Maintain close working relationship with internal partners for referrals and ensuring attractive or exclusive offers.
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements.
skills and experience required
- Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing affluent clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with affluent individuals.
- Able to present effectively, communicate ideas and concepts.
- Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented.
