Job Responsibilities

  • To learn Housekeeping operations and procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve corporate brand guidelines, service standards, and procedures.
  • Manage staff roster according to business needs
  • Manage inventory (cleaning supplies, guest amenities)
  • Overall smooth operations of the Hotel housekeeping operations

Job Requirements

  • Preferably a Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality & Tourism or relevant discipline.
  • Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented and possess a pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn with can-do attitude
