Job Responsibilities
- To learn Housekeeping operations and procedures
- Coach and develop team members to achieve corporate brand guidelines, service standards, and procedures.
- Manage staff roster according to business needs
- Manage inventory (cleaning supplies, guest amenities)
- Overall smooth operations of the Hotel housekeeping operations
Job Requirements
- Preferably a Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality & Tourism or relevant discipline.
- Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Detail-oriented and possess a pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn with can-do attitude
