Role:
- Provide administrative support to the trading department.
- Assist with market analysis, report preparation, and presentations.
- Prepare and execute commercial contracts and related documents, including trading, hedging, and shipping contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and systematic maintenance of the organization’s contracts and documents in a database.
- Monitor, manage, and provide summary reports on the status and performance of commercial trades.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to track and manage contract-related disputes and disagreements.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (preferably in Business, Finance, or Maritime Studies) or diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in the oil trading industry and a similar role.
- Meticulous, diligent, and professional.
- Good drafting and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
