Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct tailored analyses to define and track critical business metrics, recommending improvements.
- Frame business scenarios and propose impactful features for decision-making.
- Transform requirements into clear insights via reports and dashboards, consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Develop data pipelines and custom data models to address business problems.
- Launch A/B tests, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience as a Data Scientist in data-related fields, preferably in D2C/B2C sectors like E-Commerce or Retail Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership of ambiguous business challenges, with a knack for innovative solutions.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and familiar with designing experiments and data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau).
- Exceptional communication skills to influence teams and stakeholders effectively.
