Salary: S$4,000
Work Duration: till Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on performance and project)
Working Hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week.
Working Location: Clarke Quay / Novena / Field Visit
Able to start work immediately or within 1 month notice period
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Survey Experience Officers to achieve KPI
- Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information
- Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
- Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
- Organize workflow and ensure that officers perform their duties and delegated tasks
- Set KPI for the officers in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
- Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
- Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
- Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
- Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
- Ensure that the given KPI for the team are being met based on the project timeline
- Monitor and provide project status report to manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or equivalent.
- Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service role.
- Applicants with call center background, direct sales and customer fronting will be advantageous.
- Possessed at least 2-3 years’ experience in supervisory position.
- Able to handle escalations and complaints proficiently to de-escalate these cases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
