Job Scope:
• Oversee and manage the entire HR and administrative operations cycle.
• Design and implement HR strategies that support and align with company objectives.
• Supervise the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and selecting candidates.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and manage leave policies.
• Coordinate training initiatives to foster employee growth and development.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory safety standards.
Job Requirements:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree of human resource or related field
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
