Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver projects ensuring quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.
- Liaise with clients, internal management, subcontractors, service providers and suppliers to ensure contractual deliverables are met.
- Oversee project budget, schedule, and team, including engineers, QS, supervisors, WSH Coordinator, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues with contingency plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or it's equivalent
- 5 years of experience in ACMV projects, with strong knowledge of air-conditioning/chiller systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage project documentation, and lead testing/commissioning.
