Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and lead the Operations staff in alignment with the Company’s vision and values, ensuring an adherence to company policies.
- Improve and optimize operational and safety systems, processes, and policies to enhance business processes and organizational planning, ensuring industry standards are met or exceeded.
- Lead the development and implementation of long-term operational and safety excellence plans, focusing on cost control, profitability, and efficiency.
- Manage manpower planning, ensuring timely order performance, and maintain licensing compliance for premises and equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical, Petroleum Engineering or it's equivalent
- 3 years of related working experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, safety regulations, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
