Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, staying updated on industry trends and products.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and network.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least one year related sales experience
- Previous experience in selling waste management products or services is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
