- Goal Setting: Establish clear sales and market goals, ensuring these are aligned with the company's overall strategy and expected growth.
- Budget Management: Responsible for developing and managing the annual budget of the sales and marketing department, allocating resources appropriately, and ensuring the maximization of market and sales activities within the budget.
- Market Analysis and Business Development: Research the development trends and competitive environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia, develop and implement sales strategies, acquire new clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
- Technical Solutions: Continuously enhance personal and team technical capabilities, use technological differentiation strategies to provide clients with value-added customized solutions, and expand company business.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage market and sales risks, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of the budget.
- Team Management: Build and train the sales team, set and monitor performance targets.
- Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report business progress and market dynamics to company executives.
