Responsibilities:
- Lead the Service Department to drive business growth, improve profitability, and ensure resource scheduling, staffing levels, and coordination with production staff.
- Manage the service customer base and oversee debt collection, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely payments.
- Provide technical advice to customers, prepare quotations for supply, repair, and installation of products, and coordinate service schedules for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team, negotiate and resolve customer-related disputes, and report to directors on business performance, risks, and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical or service management role.
- Strong knowledge of company products, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with problem-solving and a positive, assertive attitude.
