Job Descriptions:
- Provide general administrative support & perform general administrative duties.
- Liaise with different departments for administrative-related matters.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately & consistently.
- Coordinate with Contract Department & Finance Department to ensure the submission of payment claims for subcontractors are completed before the deadline.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor/ Department Managers.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Working location: West
- Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
