Responsibilities :
- Conduct incoming inspections and first article checks on raw materials and components based on written procedures and specifications.
- Oversee the calibration system for instruments, including documentation and procedures.
- Use advanced methods like Six Sigma and SPC to develop effective, maintainable quality systems.
- Operate various hand tools and machines such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, and crimpers.
- Oversee and maintain the quality assurance laboratory and support internal and supplier audits.
- Ensure timely completion of inspection requirements, create necessary certifications, and meet daily quality targets.
