- Cover both hunting & farming for Air Freight
- Identify and cultivate new customers within the industry vertical and target market segments.
- Define key accounts and strategically promote Air products/services on specific trade routes.
- Conduct weekly sales calls and diligently follow up on all air sales leads.
- Regularly submit comprehensive reports to the FF Sales leader on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Respond promptly to Tenders/RFQs to maintain competitiveness.
- Arrange and engage in periodic reviews with clients to uphold satisfaction and foster business continuity.
- Achieve personal sales targetsManage both new business development (hunting) and client retention (farming) for Air Freight services.
- Identify and secure new customers within targeted industry verticals and market segments.
- Develop and manage key accounts, promoting Air Freight products/services on designated trade routes.
- Conduct regular sales calls and diligently follow up on all air freight sales opportunities.
- Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to the Freight Forwarding Sales Leader.
- Respond promptly to tenders and RFQs to maintain market competitiveness.
- Organize and participate in regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide timely rate quotations to customers and potential clients. and KPIs.
- Offer rate quotations to customers and prospects in a timely manner.
