- Assist customers with daily cargo bookings for a variety of airline products.
- Coordinate with airlines to secure and confirm booking capacities for customers.
- Understand and communicate the requirements of different airline products, providing appropriate advice to customers.
- Manage cargo bookings by entering flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to address shipment requirements.
- Track and monitor shipment progress, updating customers on the status as needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promptly addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate data is provided for invoicing.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
