Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and trends.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for search engine rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors).
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices to maintain and improve organic rankings.
- Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns, including automations and workflows.
- Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and call-to-actions to optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure email designs are mobile-friendly and adhere to email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, edit, and optimize engaging content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Research and produce content that resonates with target audiences and drives traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visuals and written content.
- Repurpose content across various platforms to maximize its reach and effectiveness.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on various platforms and social media.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento) and CMS is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and website optimization is an advantage.
