JOB Description
Strategic
1. Perform Spend Analysis to support sourcing strategy and annual plan development for company
2. Perform study of supply market intelligence (market, vendor, product, commodity, etc) for company
3. Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives within company
Operation
1. Conduct tenders in accordance to Division and make recommendations to Tender Committee
2. Understanding and influencing sourcing project / business requirements. Identify opportunities that focus on cost reductions, efficiencies/quality improvements, risk mitigation, industry and supply trends and shifts in technology
3. Supplier Classification, Relationship Management and contract management
Responsible Sourcing
1. Supplier assessment and due diligence: Conduct assessments and audits of current and potential suppliers to evaluate their compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards. Identify risks and areas for improvement and collaborate with suppliers to drive corrective actions.
2. Supplier performance monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance in responsible sourcing. Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement.
Business Process Analyst for AX/D365
System evaluation and enhancement: Assess the effectiveness of current procurement systems and tools. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and user pain points. Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to recommend system enhancements to improve functionality, usability, and data integrity.
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Supply Chain / Business Management or other related field of studies.
· Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
· Good communication and negotiation skills
