- Analyze drawings to assess product characteristics, special handling needs, and determine appropriate packaging and crating requirements.
- Manage multiple projects effectively with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Identify opportunities for packaging improvements and implement solutions.
- Provide support for on-site packing activities as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
