Salary Package:
-$2300 - $3500
Working Days: 5.125 days per week
one half-day Saturday per month
Rest day: Every Sunday
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 9am 6.15pm
One Saturday Per Month: 9am to 1pm
Working Location: Ubi
Key Responsibilities:
· Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
· Prepare suppliers' payments.
· Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
· Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
· Other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
· Min. NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
· Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
