Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead sales team (e.g. Sales Representatives, Promoters) to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Improve sales coverage efficiency via understanding and analysis of data.
- Maximize/Improve ROI via new initiatives/negotiations.
- Work with marketing team to ensure trade executions.
- Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitor's promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.
- Responsible for all sales/trade activities on assigned outlets.
- Execute Sales & Merchandising especially FIFO.
- Build, Maintain, and enhance good relationships with existing and new customers.
- To participate and assist in promotional activities/ events/ seminar when required, including working on weekends and public holidays.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry (Household goods/consumer goods/baby-care goods), preferably with experience in e-commerce channel
Previous experience in sales account management for modern trade and/or experience managing a team of sales representatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving
- Strong analytical thinking and management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Centre
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Possess driving license and own vehicle
