Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure all conference rooms and pantries are clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Stock and organize amenities in conference rooms, ensuring they are available at all times.
- Report any defects in equipment, amenities, or conference room facilities to the relevant departments.
- Escort clients and visitors to meeting rooms.
- Facilitate beverage ordering and service for meetings and corporate events.
- Monitor pantry stock levels and ensure provisions are replenished as needed.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including catering arrangements and beverage setup for functions or events.
- Address guest concerns, comments, and complaints with urgency and discretion.
- Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance, catering orders, and pantry supplies.
- Prepare stock inventory and servicing reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in Hospitality, F&B, or Customer Experience roles.
- Food Hygiene Certification preferred (training will be provided if not certified).
- Min Degree in Hospitality or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
