My client within the educational space is currently looking for a a highly skilled
Regional Digital Marketing Manager/Lead to lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing initiatives across the region.
This hands-on role will drive B2C lead generation, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels to expand our reach and attract students.
The ideal candidate will have strong regional experience and a proven track record in managing digital marketing teams across multiple markets.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, your key responsibilities includes
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2C lead generation strategies tailored to regional markets, aiming to increase enrollments across all education programs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize lead acquisition funnels and maximize conversion rates.
- Oversee and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic traffic and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Manage paid media campaigns, including social ads, display, and retargeting, ensuring alignment with enrollment objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) regionally to engage prospective students and strengthen brand presence.
- Lead the digital marketing team with a hands-on approach, including direct involvement in campaign setup, managing paid ads, landing page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Foster team growth by providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and drive performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Make data-driven adjustments to ensure marketing efforts are efficient and achieve KPIs.
- Oversee the regional digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximizing campaign ROI.
- Work closely with sales, admissions, and other internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and regional priorities.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Experience in managing and growing regional digital marketing teams across multiple markets in the region
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights, with experience using digital marketing analytics tools.
