- Position : Telemarketer/ Telemarketing Consultant (Customer Service/ Up to $3500 / 5 days a week)
- Location : Bencoolen Street
- Working hours : 5 days a week Monday -Friday, 9.30am- 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Salary $3000 (Basic $2300 + Commission) + AWS
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
Main Responsibilities:
- To do cold calling and sales pitch to client
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Coordination with the team to ensure seamless customers' handover and follow up
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with engaging new people on a daily basis.
- Experience in B2B sales / telemarketing / cold calling/customer relationship skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
