About the role
This position reports to the Team Lead of Digital Platforms Marketing where your key responsibilities would includes
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute data-driven marketing activations aligned with lifecycle goals such as member acquisition, engagement, retention, and platform conversions.
- Analyze marketing and product data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage end-to-end processes for strategic partnerships, including meetings, agreements, partner platform integrations, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with media agencies to implement paid campaigns, optimize budgets, and maximize ROI across channels.
- Work with social media agencies to craft effective strategies and visuals that drive community engagement on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Support content marketing initiatives across owned channels, including eDM, app communications, social media, and websites, to enhance digital engagement.
- Work closely with teams in product, customer experience, and business development to execute MarTech innovation projects such as hyper-personalization and product marketing enhancements.
Skills and experience required
- Min 3 years of experience in sectors such as retail, brands, hospitality, loyalty, or MarTech
- Proficient in marketing and analytics tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva, and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, is a plus.
