Responsibilities
- In-charge of end-to-end HR operational duties in the company.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, shortlising, arranging interview to coordination of job offers.
- Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for the company.
- Verify employee attendance and leave management.
- Assist in processing of employee and statutory claims.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare HR reports for management meetings.
- Processing monthly payroll and salary calculation.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 years of HR Generalist experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
