Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of trade/ channel marketing within the department.
- Monitoring sales for the category captaincy accounts on a quarterly basis.
- Creating yearly marketing and channel strategies for assigned channels and trades.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers on marketing activities and promotions.
- Achieving the goal targets across all channels, develop PICOs/ Execution Standards.
- Track and monitor in-store promotion, POSM, equipment placement, marketing activities, and new launches.
- Manage POSM and premium distribution, inventory, source premiums and prizes for promotions.
- Analyze business and brand performance, and track competitors' activities in each channel.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing or equiavlent
- At least 3 - 5 years of trade marketing or channel marketing experience from FMCG/ Beauty industry
