Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management board, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and stakeholders, including translating and interpreting as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and visa applications.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external parties, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Private Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of secretarial/ personal assistant experience, preferably with experience liaising or working with Japanese counterparts
