Working Location: Airline Road (Cargo Agents Megaplex )
Responsibilities:
- Process shipments for an assigned base of accounts
- Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process export shipments in a cost-efficient manner.
- Always develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing clients of the status of their shipments
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Experience in Air Freight Shipment (Import or Export)
- Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
