Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Duties
· Handle and reply to Retailers’ and Regulator’s enquiries accurately and timely
· Contribute and meet the KPI of both personal and team targets
· Conduct and support Retailers for Market Trial
· Work in close collaboration within team and internal departments for UAT and other tasks assigned
· Analyse situation and provide with the best appropriate solution
· Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
· Covers MIMO/GE Exception duties
Requirements
· Entry Level are welcomed to apply
· Minimum Diploma from a local Polytechnic
· 1-2 years of processing experience will be preferred
· Knowledge in systems (e.g., SAP) will be preferred
· Possess initiative, confidence and the ability to work independently
· Possess good oral and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· A team player with a positive service mindset who thrives in a fast paced environment
· Meticulous, attentive to details and a fast learner
