Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Act as a senior specialist for the Supplier Quality team in the absence of the manager and supervisor.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Material Oversight: Oversee procedures to ensure incoming materials meet company standards.
- Investigations: Manage investigations of material nonconformity with cross-functional teams.
- Supplier Documentation: Review and follow up on supplier qualification documents and activities.
- GMP Documentation: Prepare and review GMP documents.
- Quality Issues: Coordinate site supplier quality issues and follow-up actions.
- Global Initiatives: Support global supplier quality initiatives and site improvement projects.
- Material Inspection: Review and audit incoming material inspection packages.
- Performance Analysis: Support performance analysis of Supplier Quality Management processes.
- QA Oversight: Provide QA oversight for materials testing programs.
- Metrics Reporting: Report quality metrics in Quality Management reviews.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and projects.
- Regulatory Support: Provide support for regulatory inspections.
- Team Development: Assist in managing and developing team specialists.
- Safety Practices: Promote and follow safety practices in the workplace.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supplier Quality Supervisor.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Min 3 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related field.
- Has Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Has relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) may be preferred.
