Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including booking systems, cargo flow modules, management reporting and customer databases
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various trade teams to make informed decisions
- Assist with the implementation of eCommerce projects and optimization of corporate systems, data and tools to enhance department productivity
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in shipping data to optimize cargo selections, routing management, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, finance, logistics and operations to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements
- Steer improvement mindset and adoption of new technologies & processes
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent with at leats 1-2 years of experiences is advantageous
- Possess excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI preferred
