Responsibilities:
· Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the Authorities
· Review and provide solutions on technical matters
· Planning, monitor and report drawing production progress
· Handle construction matters on drawings
· Liaise closely with Architectural, M&E Team and Authorities
· Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S drawings
· Supervise a team of BIM Modellers for production of coordinated drawings and concrete plans
· Involved in tendering for new projects
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in British & Singapore Design Standards
· Registered with Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
· Excellent communication skills
