Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee daily work activities and schedules at the construction site.
- Supervise and guide workers, ensuring efficient task execution and adherence to safety measures.
- Track project progress, report updates to management, and address on-site issues.
- Assist with on-site rectification works and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Ferry workers to and from the job site as needed.
Requirements:
- ITE certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of workers.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
