Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with key customers to keep them satisfied and loyal.
- Reach out to new customers and explore new markets to grow the business.
- Regularly contact customers to understand their needs and offer additional products.
- Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Create plans to meet sales targets and company goals.
- Manage customer accounts, including pricing, deliveries, and payments.
- Provide accurate price quotes and ensure profitability.
- Predict sales trends and manage budgets, inventory, and shipments.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of all sales-related documents.
- Ensure all sales data is correctly entered and reported in the Navision system.
- Issue insurance certificates and handle customer claims.
- Take on other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in relevant background.
- Min 3-5 years in sales role (business development & account servicing) in chemical/carbon black industry.
- Experience in SEA region sales.
